Opportunity to execute and improve the following areas:

• In this role the successful candidate will become a key merchandise organization individual
• Efficiently implement and execute seasonal re-sets in customer produce departments.
• Maintain organized, restocked displays of produce and inventory
• Provide daily account updates and reports to leadership team.
• Actively assist with the increase customer sales in accordance with objectives
• Maintain active communication with the Merchandiser Manager and the Sales Merchandisers to guarantee quality products organization.
• Increase awareness of the company by acting as a brand ambassador.

Competencies, Education, and Skills to be Successful:

• A minimum of a high school diploma or GED equivalent
• Proficient PC skills in Microsoft Office, produce industry software and common E Mail systems are required.
• Valid identification or driver's license (if appropriate).

Physical Demands:

• Occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
• Travel as needed and required
• Stand or sit for long periods of time
• Work in cold or wet cooler conditions for extended periods of time
